Common Error Messages

  • 400: Missing parameters

  • 401 - Invalid username/password combo: Edit or create new ServiceNow log in (Step 3 of Configuration section)

  • 403 - Forbidden username/password combo: Edit or create new ServiceNow log in (Step 3 of Configuration section)

  • Status 0 with a "Connection refused": Verify either ServiceNow or MID Server connects to Command Center for address, route, or firewall

  • [FAM] (https://famsnow.lumeta.com/api/rest/session/get?fmt=json) Status: 400 Failed to parse JSON: Verify that the Command Center version is 5.1 or later.

  • Insufficient credentials for ServiceNow Loopback API as specified in Asset Manager documentation: Verify the ServiceNow admin credentials were created (Step 4 of Configuration section)

  • Evaluator.evaluateString() problem: com.glide.script.fencing.CrossScopeAccessNotAllowedException: Access to Glide API: scripting from scope x_firem_firemon_as not allowed`: Verify the scope of application is set at application level
