Use FireMon Secure File Transfer

Enterprise customers and partners who need installation packages or other large files can download them from our SFTP site.

To get access to the site, send a request to FireMon Support for a user ID, password, and license key to unlock downloaded software.

After you recieve this information:

1. Go to the SFTP site URL: https://sftp.firemon.com

2. Enter your credentials and then click Login.

3. Download the files.

4. Browse to the Files folder for items you need and save them to your local system.
