Add & Manage Users

This page explains how to add, edit, and delete user accounts.

Add a User Accounts

User accounts enable authorized users to log in to Asset Manager and access the data and system features intended for them. Each user account comprises a username and a password.

To add a user, do the following:

  1. Browse to Settings > Users.

  2. Click Add User.

  3. Complete the form and click Create.

The Username can be any combination of up to 32 alphanumeric characters.  It cannot start with a number or include special characters.

The Password can be any combination of alphanumeric characters. Special characters are allowed in passwords.

Edit Users

  1. On the Settings > Users page, select the user you want to update.
  2. Click Edit User.
  3. Revise the form fields as needed.
  4. Click Update.

Delete Users

  1. On the Settings > Users page, select the user you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete User and OK.
    The user is deleted.
