Add & Manage Users
This page explains how to add, edit, and delete user accounts.
Add a User Accounts
User accounts enable authorized users to log in to Asset Manager and access the data and system features intended for them. Each user account comprises a username and a password.
To add a user, do the following:
Browse to Settings > Users.
Click Add User.
Complete the form and click Create.
The Username can be any combination of up to 32 alphanumeric characters. It cannot start with a number or include special characters.
The Password can be any combination of alphanumeric characters. Special characters are allowed in passwords.
Edit Users
- On the Settings > Users page, select the user you want to update.
- Click Edit User.
- Revise the form fields as needed.
- Click Update.
Delete Users
- On the Settings > Users page, select the user you want to delete.
- Click Delete User and OK.
The user is deleted.
